Year 12 class of 2021 graduate

In week 2 of this term, on Thursday 21 October, the Year 12 cohort commenced their graduation celebrations with a breakfast with their Year 12 teachers. At 6 pm that evening the completion of their secondary schooling was officially recognised with a formal Graduation Ceremony held at the Broome Civic Centre. The ceremony began with the Highest Achieving students from each subject being acknowledged. Local businesses and organisations donated gifts and money towards the purchase of prizes. Many other awards were announced including the DUX of both VET and ATAR.

The celebrations finished with a whole school assembly the following morning to acknowledge the efforts of the Year 12 cohort in front of the rest of the school. The assembly was a showcase of music and hilarity with the announcement of the Teacher Awards.
